A shelf organizer adds a level to a shelf that has only one. Copco's 3-tier risers come 10 and 15 inches wide with a non-skid lining on every step, so jars stay put when the cabinet door swings shut. 9 items in this section, $11.95 to $42.99, including the two lazy susans that share the same shelf job.
Every riser here is three staggered tiers with shelves about 2.75 inches deep. What changes is how much of the shelf it takes.
| Organizer | Width, in | Fits | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3-tier cabinet spice rack | 10 | A standard cabinet shelf | $14.99 |
| 3-tier spice rack, white and gray | 15 | A whole pantry row | $12.71 |
| 3-tier spice rack, 2-pack | 10 each | Two cabinets, or two shelves of one | $15.95 |
| Pro expandable 3-tier, set of 2 | 14.8 to 26.3 | Shelves that are an awkward width | $42.99 |
The 10-inch is the safe first buy: it fits most standard cabinets and leaves room beside it. Measure before choosing the 15-inch, because a riser that doesn't fit the depth sticks out past the door frame.
The Pro expandable pair is the answer to a cabinet that measures something odd. Each of the two units slides from 14.8 up to 26.3 inches, so one rack covers a narrow spice shelf and the other spans a wide pantry run. The stepped levels and the textured shelf surface do the same work as on the fixed racks — the back row sits above the front one and containers stay where you put them.
The 15-inch riser also comes in Oxford Gray. Its card shows whether it is on back order; if it is, the white and gray 15-inch is the same shape in stock.
Two items in this section aren't risers at all. The 10-inch cabinet storage bin, $17.68, is 10 by 8 inches with built-in handles on both sides and a non-skid liner, so a row of bottles or jars slides out as one group instead of being reached over.
The bundle that pairs a 15-inch 3-tier organizer with a 12-inch lazy susan, $24.66, covers both problems of one cabinet at once: height at the back wall, depth in the corner. The organizer shelves are 2.75 inches deep and the turntable has a raised 3/8-inch rim.
A riser fixes height — short jars hiding behind tall ones. A turntable fixes depth — the back half of a cabinet you cannot see into. The 9-inch lazy susan pair, $16.20, and the 12-inch non-skid turntable, $11.95, are here because they do that for a cabinet shelf; the full range of sizes is in turntables and lazy susans.
For jars that live in a drawer instead of on a shelf, see drawer organizers. A bin that carries a whole group out of the cabinet in one lift is in storage bins, and the canisters that go on these shelves are in food storage.

The 10-inch 3-tier rack is the one sized for a standard cabinet shelf: about 10 inches wide, 9 deep and 3 high. The 15-inch version is for a pantry shelf or a wide cabinet. Measure the depth to the door as well as the width, since a riser that is too deep stops the door closing.
Put them on steps rather than in a row. A 3-tier rack lifts each row above the one in front, so a short jar at the back is still readable. If the jars also differ in diameter, the non-skid lining on every tier matters more than the width, because it stops the tall ones walking forward each time the door shuts.
No. The fixed 3-tier racks come in one piece and are used straight out of the box. The Pro expandable pair slides to the width you need by hand, and the bundles are simply two finished pieces packed together.
Lift the jars off and wipe the plastic with a damp cloth; the non-skid surfaces clean the same way. Do not put the risers in the dishwasher. If something sticky has dried on a tier, a cloth with warm water and a little dish soap is enough — abrasive pads dull the finish.
